City Council authorize the City Solicitor to make such stylistic and technical changes to the draft Zoning By-law Amendment as may be required.

This report recommends approval of the application to amend the Zoning By-law to permit a 9 storey mixed-use building at 1423 Dufferin Street. The proposed building includes 60 purpose-built rental units, with a total gross floor area of 3,961 square metres including 123 square metres of ground floor commercial-retail space along Dufferin Street. The proposed development includes a 1.37 metre laneway widening on Lane W Bristol N Geary.
