Directed the General Manager, Transportation Services to report back to the Toronto and East York Community Council in the first quarter of 2027 with recommendations on improving pedestrian safety by installing a sidewalk on the west side of Mount Pleasant Road between Crescent Road and Roxborough Drive.

There is no sidewalk on the west side of Mount Pleasant Road between Crescent Road and Roxborough Drive, which creates a dangerous situation for pedestrians wishing to travel north along Mount Pleasant Road from Roxborough Street East to access the park, Yellow Creek or the signalized crossing to the east side of Mount Pleasant Road.

Councillor Dianne Saxe recommends that: 1. Toronto East York Community Council direct the General Manager, Transportation Services to report back to Toronto East York Community Council in the first quarter of 2027 with recommendations on improving pedestrian safety by installing a sidewalk on the west side of Mount Pleasant Road between Crescent Road and Roxborough Drive.
