The Toronto and East York Community Council: 1. Authorized the installation of traffic calming (four speed humps) on Glebeholme Boulevard, between Caithness Avenue and Greenwood Avenue, generally as shown in Attachment 2 to the letter (July 9, 2026) from Councillor Paula Fletcher.

Residents on Glebeholme Boulevard, between Greenwood Avenue and Caithness Avenue, shared significant traffic safety concerns with my office. They completed a confidential ballot showing majority support for the installation of speed humps on Glebeholme.

Councillor Paula Fletcher recommends that: 1. Toronto and East York Community Council authorize the installation of traffic calming (four speed humps) on Glebeholme Boulevard, between Caithness Avenue and Greenwood Avenue, generally as shown in Drawing No. TC-759, dated June 2026, from the Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services.
