Introductions and Opening Remarks
Elder Larry Frost, will open the meeting, with smudging and prayer. The Chief of Staff, City Manager's Office and the Executive Director, Toronto Aboriginal Support Services Council will provide opening remarks, including background and information for the path ahead.

Staff from the City Manager's Office and the City Clerk's Office will provide an overview of the current Terms of Reference (TOR) and Simplified Rules of Procedure, as needed.
The Aboriginal Affairs Advisory Committee received the item for information.

The Committee will be able to discuss the preferred path forward, including any changes to the Terms of Reference and Committee Procedures.
The Aboriginal Affairs Advisory Committee recommends that: 1. City Council amend the Terms of Reference for the Aboriginal Affairs Advisory Committee to include a minimum of six meetings and a maximum of 12 meeting per year.
