In accordance with Section B4 of the Terms of Reference, at its first meeting or as soon as possible, the Aboriginal Affairs Advisory Committee will elect a Vice Chair from among its public members at its first meeting or as soon as possible thereafter.
The Aboriginal Affairs Advisory Committee: 1. Elected Dawn Sutherland as Vice-Chair of the Aboriginal Affairs Advisory Committee for a term of office ending November 14, 2026.

Staff from the City Clerk's Office will provide information in follow-up from the meeting of the Committee on April 2, 2025.

City Manager’s Office Staff Update on Action Items and Agenda Planning
Staff from the City Manager's Office will provide an update on action items in progress, to support the Committee. The Committee will have the opportunity to discuss thematic interests and potential agenda items for upcoming meetings.
The Aboriginal Affairs Advisory Committee added the presentation from the Deputy Chief of Staff, City Manager's Office on the Community Communication and Education Plan for the Access to Social Infrastructure by-law amendment to the agenda of its next meeting for information only. The Aboriginal Affairs Advisory Committee does not support the amendments made to the by-law.
