Bid Award Panel grant authority to award the contract in accordance with the Contract Details set out in the report (May 29, 2025) from the Chief Procurement Officer: Solicitation Number: Request for Quotation Doc4611820536 Description: For Preventive Maintenance of Catch Basins, Grease Traps and Oil Interceptors for Corporate Real Estate Management, Children's Services, Seniors Services and Long-Term Care, Fleet Services, and Solid Waste Management Divisions. The award is for an initial contract period of three (3) years from date of award to May 31, 2028, with an option in favour of the City to extend the contract under the same terms and conditions for up to additional two (2) separate one (1)-year periods. Should the option year(s) be exercised, the Divisions will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions. Recommended Supplier: GFL Environmental Services Inc.
