Appointment of a Public Member to the Toronto Atmospheric Fund Board
At its meeting held June 18 and 19, 2019, City Council amended the composition of the Toronto Atmospheric Fund Board to add one additional public member, and to allow one of its public members to be a non-Toronto resident that resides in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton area. The Civic Appointments Committee will recommend one public member to City Council for appointment to fill this position.
The Civic Appointments Committee recommends that: 1. City Council appoint Andrew Dooner to the Toronto Atmospheric Fund Board, at pleasure of Council, for a term office ending December 17, 2023, and until a successor is appointed.

The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Civic Appointments Committee recommend that City Council appoint the candidate listed in Confidential Attachment 1 for appointment to the Toronto Atmospheric Fund Board, at pleasure of Council, for a term office ending December 17, 2023, and until a successor is appointed.

Appointment of a Public Member to the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority
A public member of the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) Board has recently resigned. The Civic Appointments Committee will conduct interviews and recommend one public member to City Council for appointment to the TRCA to fill the vacancy.
The Civic Appointments Committee recommends that: 1. City Council appoint Xiao Han to the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending July 16, 2023, and until a successor is appointed. 2. City Council direct that Confidential Attachments 1 to 4 to the report (November 28, 2019) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority.

The Civic Appointments Committee recommend one candidate for appointment to the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending July 16, 2023, and until a successor is appointed. 2. City Council direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachments 1 - 4 remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority.

Toronto Investment Board - Selection of Candidates for Interviews
The Civic Appointments Committee must select candidates for interviews for appointment to the Toronto Investment Board. Following the interviews, the Civic Appointments Committee will recommend three candidates for appointment to City Council.
The Civic Appointments Committee: 1. Selected the following candidates to be interviewed at its next meeting for appointment to the Toronto Investment Board: - INB2-41 - INB2-53 - INB2-56 - INB2-69 - INB2-85 - INB2-124 - INB2-134 2. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1 to 3 to the report (November 29, 2019) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Investment Board.

The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Civic Appointments Committee select eight of the candidates listed in Confidential Attachment 1 for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Toronto Investment Board. 2. The Civic Appointments Committee direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1-3 remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Investment Board.
