Appointment of Public Members to the Toronto Atmospheric Fund Board
This report recommends the appointment of four public members to the Toronto Atmospheric Fund Board.
The Civic Appointments Committee recommends that: 1. City Council appoint the following candidates to the Toronto Atmospheric Fund Board, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending on March 22, 2028, and until successors are appointed: Graysanne Bedell; Andrew Dooner; Wayne Miranda; and Parminder Sandhu. 2. City Council direct that the balance of Confidential Attachment 1 and Confidential Attachment 2 in its entirety, remain confidential as they relate to personal information about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Atmospheric Fund Board.

The City Clerk recommends that: 1. City Council appoint the candidates listed in Confidential Attachment 1 to the Toronto Atmospheric Fund Board, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending on March 22, 2028, and until successors are appointed. 2. City Council direct that the balance of Confidential Attachment 1 and Confidential Attachment 2 in its entirety remain confidential as they relate to personal information about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Atmospheric Fund Board.

Appointment of a Public Member to the PortsToronto Board of Directors
The Civic Appointments Committee will conduct interviews and recommend one candidate to City Council for appointment to the PortsToronto Board of Directors.
The Civic Appointments Committee recommends that: 1. City Council appoint Robin Pilkey to the PortsToronto Board of Directors, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office starting April 2, 2024, and ending April 2, 2027, and until a successor is appointed. 2. City Council direct that Confidential Attachments 1 to 3 remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the PortsToronto Board of Directors.

Selection of Candidates for Interview for the Toronto Public Library Board
The Civic Appointments Committee will select candidates to interview for appointment to the Toronto Public Library Board. Following the interviews, the Civic Appointments Committee will recommend one candidate for appointment to City Council.
The Civic Appointments Committee: 1. Selected the following candidates for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Toronto Public Library Board: TPL2-734; TPL2-755; TPL2-780; and TPL2-816. 2. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Public Library Board.
