Appointment of Public Members to the TO Live Board of Directors
This report recommends the appointment of three public members to the TO Live Board of Directors.
The Civic Appointments Committee recommends that: 1. City Council appoint the following candidates to the TO Live Board of Directors, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending December 19, 2024, and until successors are appointed: Myriam Gafarou Mustafa Humayun Dawn Maracle 2. City Council direct that the balance of Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (November 27, 2020) from the Interim City Clerk remain confidential as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the TO Live Board of Directors.

This report recommends the appointment of two public members to the Toronto Atmospheric Fund (TAF) Board for a three year term of office, at pleasure of Council ending July 16, 2023, and until successors are appointed.
The Civic Appointments Committee recommends that: 1. City Council appoint the following candidates to the Toronto Atmospheric Fund Board, at pleasure of Council, for a term office ending July 16, 2023, and until successors are appointed: Graysanne Bedell Wayne Miranda 2. City Council direct that the balance of Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (November 25, 2020) from the Interim City Clerk remain confidential as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Atmospheric Fund Board of Directors.

Toronto Transit Commission - Selection of Candidates for Interview
The Civic Appointments Committee must select candidates to interview for appointment to the Toronto Transit Commission. Following the interviews, the Civic Appointments Committee will recommend two public members for appointment to City Council.
The Civic Appointments Committee: 1. Selected the following candidates for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Toronto Transit Commission: TTC2-43 TTC2-66 TTC2-190 TTC2-250 TTC2-266 TTC2-271 2. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1, 2 and 3 to the report (November 27, 2020) from the Interim City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Transit Commission.
