Appointment of Public Members to the Toronto Accessibility Advisory Committee
The purpose of this report is to have City Council appoint two public members to the Toronto Accessibility Advisory Committee to fill two mid-term vacancies.
The Civic Appointments Committee recommends that: 1. City Council appoint Alex Mihailildis and Hannah Clarke-Andrews to the Toronto Accessibility Advisory Committee, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending on November 14, 2026, and until successors are appointed. 2. City Council direct that the balance of Confidential Attachment 1 and Confidential Attachment 2 to the report (September 13, 2024) from the Chief People Officer in their entirety remain confidential as they relate to personal information about identifiable individuals who are being considered for appointment to the Toronto Accessibility Advisory Committee.

City Council appoint the individuals outlined in Confidential Attachment 1 to the Toronto Accessibility Advisory Committee, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending on November 14, 2026, and until successors are appointed. 2. City Council direct that the balance of Confidential Attachment 1 and Confidential Attachment 2 in their entirety remain confidential as they relate to personal information about identifiable individuals who are being considered for appointment to the Toronto Accessibility Advisory Committee.

This report recommends the appointment of one public member to the Legacy Fund Allocations Committee.
The Civic Appointments Committee recommends that: 1. City Council appoint Mark Bhattacharya to the Legacy Fund Allocations Committee, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending on October 12, 2027, and until a successor is appointed. 2. City Council direct that the balance of Confidential Attachment 1 and Confidential Attachment 2 to the report (September 11, 2024) from the City Clerk in their entirety remain confidential as they relate to personal information about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Legacy Fund Allocations Committee.
