Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre Board - Appointment of Public Members
This report recommends the appointment of two public members to the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre Board.
The Civic Appointments Committee recommends that: 1. City Council appoint the following candidates to the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre Board, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending on June 9, 2023 and until successors are appointed: Leslie Lewis Brenda Patterson 2. City Council direct that the balance of Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (April 30, 2021) from the City Clerk remain confidential as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre Board.

City Council appoint the public members listed in Confidential Attachment 1 to the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre Board, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending on June 9, 2023 and until successors are appointed. 2. City Council direct that the balance of confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 remain confidential as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre Board.

Toronto Public Library Board - Appointment of a Public Member
The Civic Appointments Committee will conduct interviews and recommend one candidate to City Council for appointment to the Toronto Public Library Board.
The Civic Appointments Committee recommends that: 1. City Council appoint Tamara Balan to the Toronto Public Library Board, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending on November 14, 2022, and until a successor is appointed. 2. City Council direct that Confidential Attachments 1, 2, 3 and 4 to the report (April 28, 2021) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Public Library Board.
