Selection of Candidates for Interview for the Toronto Global Board
The Civic Appointments Committee must select candidates to interview for appointment to the Toronto Global Board. Following the interviews, the Civic Appointments Committee will recommend one candidate for appointment to City Council.
The Civic Appointments Committee: 1. Selected the following candidates to be interviewed at its next meeting April 19, 2023 for appointment to the Toronto Global Board: TGB1-33 TGB1-41 TGB1-45 TGB1-27 TGB1-17 2. Directed that the balance of Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (February 21, 2023) from the City Clerk remain confidential in its entirety, as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Global Board.

The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Civic Appointments Committee select 5 of the candidates listed in Table 1 of Confidential Attachment 1 for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Toronto Global Board. 2. The Civic Appointments Committee direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Global Board.

The Civic Appointments Committee must select candidates to interview for appointment to the Toronto Investment Board. Following the interviews, the Civic Appointments Committee will recommend one candidate for appointment to City Council.
The Civic Appointments Committee: 1. Selected the following candidates to be interviewed at its next meeting on April 19, 2023 for appointment to the Toronto Investment Board: INB2-229 INB2-273 INB2-274 INB2-255 2. Directed that the balance of Confidential Attachment 1 and Confidential Attachment 2 to the report (February 21, 2023) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety, as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Investment Board.

The Civic Appointments Committee will conduct interviews and recommend one candidate to City Council for appointment to the Toronto Police Services Board.
The Civic Appointments Committee recommends that: 1. City Council appoint the following candidate to the Toronto Police Services Board, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending on November 14, 2026, and until a successor is appointed: Nadine Spencer 2. City Council direct that the balance of Confidential Attachment 1 and Confidential Attachments 2 and 3 to the report (February 22, 2023) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety, as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Police Services Board.

City Council appoint the following candidate to the Toronto Atmospheric Fund Board, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending on March 31, 2027, and until a successor is appointed: Dan Zilnik 2. City Council direct that the balance Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (February 22, 2023) from the City Clerk remain confidential in its entirety, as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Atmospheric Fund Board.
