Selection of Candidates for Interview for the Toronto Transit Commission Board
The Civic Appointments Committee will select candidates to be interviewed for appointment to the Toronto Transit Commission Board. The Civic Appointments Committee will conduct interviews at its next meeting and recommend two candidates to City Council for appointment.
The Civic Appointments Committee: 1. Selected the following candidates to be interviewed at its next meeting on May 30, 2023 for appointment to the Toronto Transit Commission Board: TTC2-317 TTC2-453 TTC2-334 TTC2-434 TTC2-379 TTC2-404 TTC2-430 2. Directed that the balance of Confidential Attachment 1 and Confidential Attachment 2 to the report (April 4, 2023) from the City Clerk remain confidential, as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Transit Commission Board.

The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Civic Appointments Committee select eight of the candidates listed in Table 1 of Confidential Attachment 1 to be interviewed at its next meeting for appointment to the Toronto Transit Commission. 2. The Civic Appointments Committee direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Transit Commission.

Appointment of Public Members to the Toronto Accessibility Advisory Committee
This purpose of this report is to have City Council appoint twelve public members to the Toronto Accessibility Advisory Committee.
The Civic Appointments Committee recommends that: 1. City Council appoint the following candidates to the Toronto Accessibility Advisory Committee, at the pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending on November 14, 2026, and until successors are appointed: Anika Abdullah Luke Anderson Navi Dhanota Richard Francis Dana Francoz Miranda Fray Kate Kalcevich Liv Mendelsohn Sarah Murray Ramsha Naveed Erik Olaveson Howard Wax 2. City Council direct that the balance of Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (April 3, 2023) from the Chief People Officer, People and Equity remain confidential as it relates to personal information about identifiable individuals who are being considered for appointment to the Toronto Accessibility Advisory Committee.
