Appointment of Public Members to the Lakeshore Arena Corporation Board
At its meeting on December 4, 5, and 13, 2018, City Council amended the Public Appointments process by authorizing the City Clerk to shortlist, interview and recommend candidates to the Civic Appointments Committee for appointment to the Lakeshore Arena Corporation Board by City Council. This report recommends the appointment of 2 public members and 1 tenant representative to the Lakeshore Arena Corporation Board for a two-year term of office, at pleasure of Council, ending June 18, 2021, and until successors are appointed.
The Civic Appointments Committee recommends that: 1. City Council appoint the following candidates to the Lakeshore Arena Corporation Board, at pleasure of Council, for a term office ending June 18, 2021, and until successors are appointed: Tyler Currie Nick Eaves, as the tenant representative Jack Lawrence 2. City Council direct that the balance of Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (May 24, 2019) from the City Clerk remain confidential as it relates to personal information about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Lakeshore Arena Corporation Board.

The Civic Appointments Committee will conduct interviews and recommend five candidates to City Council for appointment to the Toronto Parking Authority Board.

Toronto Police Services Board - Selection of Candidates for Interview
The Civic Appointments Committee must select candidates to interview for appointment to the Toronto Police Services Board. Following the interviews, the Civic Appointments Committee will recommend one public member for appointment to City Council.
The Civic Appointments Committee: 1. Selected the following candidates to be interviewed at its next meeting for appointment to the Toronto Police Services Board: TPS2-29 TPS2-36 TPS2-71 TPS2-74 2.
