This report recommends the appointment of 1 public member to the Toronto Preservation Board to fill a vacancy due to a recent resignation.
The Civic Appointments Committee recommends that: 1. City Council appoint Elizabeth Sisam to the Toronto Preservation Board, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending October 4, 2023, and until a successor is appointed.

The purpose of this report is to have City Council appoint one (1) member of the public to the Toronto Music Advisory Committee to fill a current vacancy due to a recent resignation.

This report recommends the appointment of 8 individuals to the Toronto Francophone Affairs Advisory Committee.
The Civic Appointments Committee recommends that: 1. City Council appoint the following candidates to the Toronto Francophone Affairs Advisory Committee, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending on November 14, 2022: Lise Béland Carlo Handy Charles Dada Gasirabo Isabelle Girard Youssouf Kalogo Marcelle Lean Dominic Mailloux Serge Paul 2. City Council direct that the balance of Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (September 12, 2019) from the General Manager, Economic Development and Culture remain confidential as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Francophone Affairs Advisory Committee.

Toronto Public Library Board - Selection of Candidates for Interview
There are currently two vacancies on the Toronto Public Library Board due to recent resignations. The Civic Appointments Committee must select candidates to interview for appointment to the Toronto Public Library Board. Following the interviews, the Civic Appointments Committee will recommend two candidates for appointment to City Council.
The Civic Appointments Committee: 1. Selected the following candidates to be interviewed at its next meeting for appointment to the Toronto Public Library Board: Candidate TPL1-595 Candidate TPL1-686 Candidate TPL2-84 Candidate TPL2-101 Candidate TPL2-112 Candidate TPL2-129 Candidate TPL2-153 Candidate TPL2-200 Candidate TPL2-234 Candidate TPL2-256 2. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (September 6, 2019) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Public Library Board.
