  St. Lawrence Centre - Building Program Priorities for Enhanced State of Good Repair

  The purpose of this report is to provide the Board with a summary of community consultation findings for the St. Lawrence Centre redevelopment project from 2020-2024. This summary will provide a foundation for a discussion between the Board and Management on how any additional non-City funds (State of Good Repair $83M) shall be directed towards fulfilling outcomes identified in the community consultations on the St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts ("STLC").

  The Board of Directors of TO Live: 1. Directed that Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (January 17, 2025) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live remain confidential in its entirely because it contains financial information supplied in confidence to the Board of Directors of TO Live which, if disclosed, could reasonably be expected to significantly prejudice the competitive position or interfere significantly with the contractual negotiations or other negotiations of a person, group of persons, or organization.

  Staff recommendation as filed

  The President and Chief Executive Officer recommends that the Board of Directors of TO Live: 1. Direct that Confidential Attachment 1 remain confidential in its entirely because it contains financial information supplied in confidence to the Board of Directors of TO Live which, if disclosed, could reasonably be expected to significantly prejudice the competitive position or interfere significantly with the contractual negotiations or other negotiations of a person, group of persons, or organization.
