  Advice from the City Manager in Response to Item CT15.1

  At its meeting of September 25, 2020, the Board of Directors of TO Live made requests of the City Manager as part of its decision on CT15.1 - "Facilitators for the Board of Directors of TO Live" and the supplementary report from the City Manager, CT15.1a. - "Follow Up on Agenda Item CT12.1 - Advice from the City Manager". This report fulfills the requests from the Board and provides information on agency matters for the Board's consideration in Confidential Attachments 1 and 2.

  The Board of Directors of TO Live: 1. Adopted the recommendations in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (August 26, 2021) from the City Manager, City of Toronto. 2. Directed that the information contained in Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (August 26, 2021) from the City Manager, City of Toronto remain confidential in their entirety, as they relate to personal information about identifiable individuals. 3. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (September 17, 2021) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live remain confidential in their entirety because they contain personal matters about identifiable individuals.

  Staff recommendation as filed

  The City Manager recommends that: 1. The Board of Directors of TO Live adopt the recommendations in Confidential Attachment 1 to this report. 2. The Board of Directors of TO Live direct that the information contained in Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 remain confidential in their entirety, as they relate to personal information about identifiable individuals.
