  The Dangerous Dog Review Tribunal: 1. Deferred consideration of Appeal DDRT2023-07 to the first meeting of the Tribunal to be scheduled in 2024. 2. Directed that the new hearing date be deemed peremptory to all parties. 3. Directed that the parties exchange a list of witnesses to be called by each party by no later than November 30, 2023. 4.   Resignation from the Dangerous Dog Review Tribunal

  The City Clerk's Office has received notice that Randy Yuen has resigned from the Dangerous Dog Review Tribunal effective July 26, 2023. Staff from the Public Appointments Secretariat in the City Clerk's Office are working on a process to recruit applicants and help bring a nominated candidate to City Council for their consideration in the coming months.
