  Review Hearing - Debrah Stocks - Appeal DDRT2021-01

  In accordance with Section 21 of the Rules of Procedure, the Chair of the Dangerous Dog Review Tribunal has granted a request for review and has ordered a review hearing to rehear Appeal DDRT2021-01 in whole.

  The Dangerous Dog Review Tribunal: 1. Granted the request from the Applicant for an adjournment conditional upon: a. the hearing being rescheduled as soon as possible; b. that this matter be marked peremptory at that meeting; and c. it being noted that the granting of an adjournment will cause significant prejudice and financial cost to the Respondent. 2. Scheduled the hearing to a special meeting on December 8, 2021, to be called by the Chair.
