The Senior Cultural Affairs Officer, Economic Development and Culture Division will give a presentation on the Outcomes from the Previous Term - 2019-2022.
The Toronto Francophone Affairs Advisory Committee: 1. Requested the General Manager of Economic Development and Culture and Senior Cultural Affairs Officer, Economic Development and Culture, to develop a committee work plan based on the comments and suggestions made during discussion on this Item, and report back to the next meeting of the Toronto Francophone Affairs Advisory Committee.

Dear Members of the Toronto Francophone Affairs Advisory Committee, The Terms of Reference for the Toronto Francophone Affairs Advisory Committee state that the Committee will hold up to two meetings per year at the call of the Chair or Vice-Chair on the delegation of the Chair. On October 11 and 12, 2023, City Council considered item ST3.1 and adopted the meeting schedule for 2024 for City Council and its Committees. The schedule of meetings for the Toronto Francophone Affairs Advisory Committee has been developed to avoid dates, whenever possible, that conflict with the approved City Council schedule; and to avoid days of cultural or religious significance. The Chair has scheduled the following meetings for 2024: Date: April 8, 2024 Time: 9:30 a.m. Date: October 17, 2024 Time: 9:30 a.m.
