  On July 19, 2019, the Film, Television and Digital Media Advisory Board elected a Co-Chair for a term of office ending December 31, 2020 and until successor is appointed. The Board will elect a member, who is a member of the public, as Co-Chair for a term of office ending November 14, 2022.

  The City Clerk's Office has received notice that Warren Ross has resigned from the Film, Television and Digital Media Advisory Board effective May 13, 2021. Staff from the Public Appointments Secretariat in the City Clerk's Office and the Economic Development and Culture office are working on a process to bring a nominated candidate to City Council for their consideration.
