  Committee members will review the Medical Officer of Health's 2018 Performance Planner and 2019 Work Plan.

  The Board of Health - Performance Appraisal of the Medical Officer of Health Committee recommends that: 1. The Board of Health approve Confidential Recommendation 1 of the Board of Health - Performance Appraisal of the Medical Officer of Health Committee. 2. The Board of Health direct that Confidential Recommendation 1 and the 2018 Performance Planner from the Medical Officer of Health remain confidential, as they contain personal information about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees.
