  Appointment of Public Members to the Committee of Adjustment

  The Nominating Panel - Committee of Adjustment will conduct interviews and recommend thirty-five candidates to City Council for appointment to the Committee of Adjustment.

  The Nominating Panel - Committee of Adjustment recommends that: 1. City Council appoint the following candidates to the Committee of Adjustment for a term of office ending November 14, 2022 and until successors are appointed: Etobicoke-York Panel: Laura Alderson Danny Bellissimo Michael Clark Douglas Colbourne Stan Kumorek Michi McCloskey Neil Palmer Donald Taylor North York Panel: Nazila Atarodi Giuseppe Bartolo Denise Graham Ron Hunt Asif A. Khan Paul Kidd Thomas Klassen Isaac Lallouz Nadini Sankar-Peralta Allan Smithies Scarborough Panel: Amy Emm Hena Kabir Anne McCauley Gary McKay Muhammad Saeed Toronto and East York Panel: Zaheer Bhyat Yim Chan Aaron Cheng Larry Clay Donald Granatstein Carl Knipfel Kathleen Larsen Bruce Mullock Nancy Oomen Peter Reed Nimrod Salamon Lisa Valentini 2. City Council direct that Confidential Attachments 1 to 5 to the report (May 29, 2019) from the City Clerk and the interview schedule and questions for July 4, 2019, remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Committee of Adjustment.

  The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Nominating Panel - Committee of Adjustment recommend that City Council appoint 35 public members to the Committee of Adjustment for a term of office ending November 14, 2022, and until successors are appointed, as follows: a. 8 members to the Etobicoke-York panel; b. 10 members to the North York panel; c. 5 members to the Scarborough panel; and d. 12 members to the Toronto and East York panel. 2. City Council direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachments 1, 2 and 3 remain confidential in its entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Committee of Adjustment.
