  Committee of Adjustment - Selection of Candidates for Interview

  The Nominating Panel - Committee of Adjustment will conduct interviews and recommend one candidate to City Council for appointment to the Etobicoke York panel of the Committee of Adjustment.

  The Nominating Panel - Committee of Adjustment: 1. Selected the following candidates for interview for appointment to the Committee of Adjustment: Candidate COA1-354 Candidate COA2-142 Candidate COA2-160 Candidate COA2-180 Candidate COA2-183 Candidate COA2-185 Candidate COA2-188 Candidate COA2-191 2. Recommended that 20 minutes be allotted for each interview. 3. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (February 10, 2020) remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Committee of Adjustment.

  Staff recommendation as filed

  The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Nominating Panel - Committee of Adjustment select 5 candidates listed in Table 1 of Confidential Attachment 1 for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Etobicoke York panel of the Committee of Adjustment. 2. The Nominating Panel - Committee of Adjustment direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Committee of Adjustment.
