  Committee of Adjustment - Selection of Candidates for Interview

  The Nominating Panel - Committee of Adjustment will conduct interviews and recommend two candidates to City Council for appointment to the Committee of Adjustment - one to the North York Panel and one to the Toronto and East York Panel.

  The Nominating Panel - Committee of Adjustment: 1. Selected the following candidates for interview for appointment to the Committee of Adjustment. Candidate COA2-59 Candidate COA2-114 Candidate COA2-185 Candidate COA2-191 Candidate COA2-202 Candidate COA2-209 Candidate COA2-212 Candidate COA2-220 Candidate COA2-232 2. Recommended that 20 minutes be allotted for each interview. 3. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (October 5, 2020) from the Interim City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Committee of Adjustment.

  Staff recommendation as filed

  The Interim City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Nominating Panel - Committee of Adjustment select 8 candidates listed in Table 1 of Confidential Attachment 1 for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Committee of Adjustment. 2. The Nominating Panel - Committee of Adjustment direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 remain confidential in its entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Committee of Adjustment.
