  Appointment of Public Members to the Committee of Adjustment

  The Nominating Panel - Committee of Adjustment will conduct interviews and recommend two candidates to City Council for appointment to the Committee of Adjustment.

  The Nominating Panel - Committee of Adjustment: 1. Directed that a new assignment be issued to all the shortlisted candidates and that the candidates be re-interviewed at the next meeting of the Panel.

  Staff recommendation as filed

  The Interim City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Nominating Panel - Committee of Adjustment recommend that City Council appoint 1 public member to the North York Panel and 1 public member to the Toronto and East York Panel of the Committee of Adjustment for a term of office ending November 14, 2022, and until successors are appointed. 2. City Council direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachments 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 remain confidential in its entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Committee of Adjustment.
