Selection of Candidates for the Toronto Community Housing Corporation Board of Directors
The Nominating Panel - Corporations will conduct interviews and recommend one candidate to City Council for appointment to the Toronto Community Housing Corporation. The Nominating Panel - Corporations will also appoint a Chair.
The Corporations Nominating Panel: 1. Selected the following candidates to be interviewed at its next meeting for appointment to the Toronto Community Housing Corporation Board of Directors: Candidate #TCH1-307 Candidate #TCH1-387 Candidate #TCH1-518 Candidate #TCH1-525 Candidate #TCH2-3 Candidate #TCH2-33 Candidate #TCH2-34 Candidate #TCH2-37 Candidate #TCH2-44 Candidate #TCH2-46 Candidate #TCH2-57 2. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1, 2 and 3 to the report (April 2, 2019) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Community Housing Corporation Board of Directors.

The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Nominating Panel - Corporations select six candidates listed in Confidential Attachment 1 for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Toronto Community Housing Corporation Board of Directors. 2. The Nominating Panel - Corporations direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachments 1 - 3 remain confidential in its entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Community Housing Corporation Board of Directors.
