Selection of Candidates for Interview for the Metro Toronto Convention Centre Board
The Nominating Panel - Corporations will select candidates to be interviewed at its next meeting for appointment by City Council to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre Board.
The Nominating Panel - Corporations: 1. Selected the following candidates for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre Board: MTC2-69 MTC2-100 MTC2-98 MTC2-99 MTC2-97 2. Directed that the balance of Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (February 22, 2023) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals who are being considered for appointment to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre Board.

The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Nominating Panel - Corporations select four candidates listed in Table 1 of Confidential Attachment 1 for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre Board. 2. The Nominating Panel - Corporations direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre Board.

The Corporations Nominating Panel must select candidates to interview for appointment to the Toronto Hydro Board. Following the interviews, the Corporations Nominating Panel will recommend one candidate for appointment to City Council.
The Nominating Panel - Corporations: 1. Selected the following candidates for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Toronto Hydro Board: THY2-379 THY2-320 THY2-318 THY2-352 THY2-426 THY2-366 2. Directed that the balance of the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (February 24, 2023) remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Hydro Board.

The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Nominating Panel - Corporations select 5 of the candidates listed in Table 1 of Confidential Attachment 1 for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Toronto Hydro Board. 2. The Nominating Panel - Corporations direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 and 2 remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Hydro Board.
