Toronto Community Housing Corporation Board - Selection of Candidates for Interview
The Corporations Nominating Panel must select candidates to interview for appointment to the Toronto Community Housing Corporation Board. Following the interviews, the Corporations Nominating Panel will recommend candidates for appointment to City Council.
The Corporations Nominating Panel recommends that: 1. City Council appoint the following candidates to the Toronto Community Housing Corporation Board, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending March 10, 2023 and until successors are appointed: John Campbell Debbie Douglas Adele Imrie Nick Macrae Brian Smith 2. City Council appoint Tim Murphy to the Toronto Community Housing Corporation Board as Chair, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office starting on May 16, 2021 and ending March 10, 2023 and until a successor is appointed. 3. City Council direct that Confidential Attachments 1, 2 and 3 to the report (January 29, 2021) remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Community Housing Corporation Board of Directors.

The Interim City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Corporations Nominating Panel select fourteen candidates listed in Confidential Attachment 1 for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Toronto Community Housing Corporation Board of Directors. 2. The Corporations Nominating Panel direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachments 1, 2 and 3 remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Community Housing Corporation Board of Directors.

CreateTO Board - Selection of Candidates for Interview
The Corporations Nominating Panel must select candidates to interview for appointment to the CreateTO Board. Following the interviews, the Corporations Nominating Panel will recommend one candidate for appointment to City Council.
The Corporations Nominating Panel: 1. Selected the following candidates for interview for appointment to the CreateTO Board: TRB2-60 TRB2-98 TRB2-109 TRB2-164 TRB2-224 TRB2-228 TRB2-255 TRB2-267 2. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (January 29, 2021) remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the CreateTO Board.

The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Corporations Nominating Panel select 6 of the candidates listed on Table 1 of Confidential Attachment 1 for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the CreateTO Board. 2. The Corporations Nominating Panel direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the CreateTO Board.
