Seniors Housing Corporation - Selection of Candidates for Interview
The Corporations Nominating Panel must select candidates to interview for appointment to the Seniors Housing Corporation Board. Following the interviews, the Corporations Nominating Panel will recommend candidates for appointment to City Council.
The Corporations Nominating Panel: 1. Selected the following candidates for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Seniors Housing Corporation Board: SHC1-6 SHC1-9 SHC1-11 SHC1-17 SHC1-29 SHC1-35 SHC1-51 SHC1-75 SHC1-82 SHC1-95 SHC1-110 SHC1-122 2. Directed that Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (March 16, 2021) from the Interim City Clerk remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Seniors Housing Corporation Board.
Staff recommendation as filed
The Interim City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Corporations Nominating Panel select twelve candidates listed in Table 1 of Confidential Attachment 1 for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Seniors Housing Corporation Board. 2. The Corporations Nominating Panel direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Seniors Housing Corporation Board.
