Selection of Candidates for Interview for the Toronto Hydro Board
The Corporations Nominating Panel will select candidates to be interviewed for appointment to the Toronto Hydro Board. The Corporations Nominating Panel will conduct interviews at its next meeting and recommend up to two candidates, including a Chair, to City Council for appointment.
The Corporations Nominating Panel: 1. Selected the following candidates for interview for appointment to the Toronto Hydro Board: Candidate THY2-468 Candidate THY2-496 Candidate THY2-558 Candidate THY2-559 Candidate THY2-562 Candidate THY2-566 Candidate THY2-585 2. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1a, 1b, 2, and 3 to the report (November 12, 2024) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Hydro Board.
Staff recommendation as filed
The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Corporations Nominating Panel select six candidates listed in Table 1 of Confidential Attachment 1 for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Toronto Hydro Board. 2. The Corporations Nominating Panel direct that Confidential Attachments 1a, 1b, 2, and 3 remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Hydro Board.
