  Appointment of Tenant Director to the Toronto Community Housing Corporation Board of Directors

  The Corporations Nominating Panel will recommend a public member, tenant representative to City Council for appointment to the Toronto Community Housing Corporation Board of Directors.

  The Corporations Nominating Panel recommends that: 1. City Council appoint Butterfly Sabrina GoPaul as a public member, tenant representative on the Toronto Community Housing Corporation Board of Directors, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending March 10, 2023, continuing to serve until a successor is appointed. 2. City Council direct that Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (October 15, 2021) from the City Clerk remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about an identifiable individual being considered for appointment to the Toronto Community Housing Corporation Board of Directors.

  The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Corporations Nominating Panel recommend the candidate listed in Confidential Attachment 1 to City Council for appointment as a public member, tenant representative on the Toronto Community Housing Corporation Board of Directors, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending March 10, 2023, continuing to serve until a successor is appointed. 2. City Council direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about an identifiable individual being considered for appointment to the Toronto Community Housing Corporation Board of Directors.
