Selection of Candidates for Interview for the Toronto Hydro Board
The Corporations Nominating Panel will select candidates to be interviewed for appointment to the Toronto Hydro Board. The Corporations Nominating Panel will conduct interviews at its next meeting and recommend eight candidates to City Council for appointment.
The Corporations Nominating Panel: 1. Selected the following candidates for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Toronto Hydro Board: THY2-180 THY2-279 THY2-288 THY2-294 THY2-300 THY2-312 THY2-313 THY2-318 THY2-331 THY2-343 THY2-339 THY2-348 THY2-362 THY2-366 THY2-367 2. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (February 28, 2022) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Hydro Board.
Staff recommendation as filed
The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Corporations Nominating Panel select 16 candidates listed in Table 1 of Confidential Attachment 1 for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Toronto Hydro Board. 2. The Corporations Nominating Panel direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Hydro Board.
