At its meeting on June 13, 2025, Corporations Nominating Panel selected 12 candidates for interview for Toronto Housing Corporation Board of Directors, to be interviewed at its meeting on July 7, 2025. Deputy Mayor Ausma Malik was not able to attend the Corporations Nominating Panel meeting on June 13, 2025, when the selection of candidates to interview for Toronto Community Housing Corporation Board of Directors was considered. The Deputy Mayor has asked to include 2 candidates which where not included on the shortlist to interview.
The Corporations Nominating Panel: 1. Amended its previous decision on Item 2025.NC18.3 by adding the following candidates to Part 1: Candidate TCH2-382 Candidate TCH2-458 2. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1a, 1b, and 2 to the report (June 4, 2025) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Community Housing Corporation Board of Directors.

Council Paula Fletcher recommends that: 1. The Corporation Nominating Panel re-open Item NC18.3, titled "Selection of Candidates for Interview for Toronto Community Housing Corporation Board of Directors", for the purpose of amending its selection of candidates for interview.
