Appointment of Public Members to the Toronto Community Housing Corporation
The Corporations Nominating Panel will conduct interviews and recommend three candidates to City Council for appointment to the Toronto Community Housing Corporation Board of Directors.
The Corporations Nominating Panel recommends that: 1. City Council appoint that following candidates to the Toronto Community Housing Corporation Board of Directors, at pleasure of Council: a. Tim Murphy who will serve as Chair for a term of office ending May 15, 2021, and until a successor is appointed; and b. Adele Imrie and John F. Campbell who will serve as public members for a term of office ending May 25, 2020 and until successors are appointed. 2. City Council direct that Confidential Attachments 1 to 5 to the report (April 29, 2019) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Community Housing Corporation Board of Directors.

The Corporations Nominating Panel: 1. Selected the following candidates for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Waterfront Toronto Board: WTB#2-10 WTB#2-11 WTB#2-16 WTB#2-23 WTB#2-46 WTB#2-48 WTB#2-51 WTB#2-71 WTB#2-83 WTB#2-84 WTB#2-85 WTB#2-93 WTB#2-108 WTB#2-111 2. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1 to 3 to the report (April 29, 2019) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Waterfront Toronto Board.
