Selection of Candidates for Interview for the Waterfront Toronto Board
The Nominating Panel - Corporations will select candidates to be interviewed for appointment to the Waterfront Toronto Board. The Nominating Panel will conduct interviews at its next meeting and recommend three candidates to City Council for appointment to the Waterfront Toronto Board.
The Corporations Nominating Panel: 1. Selected the following candidates for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Waterfront Toronto Board: WTB2-166 WTB2-169 WTB2-175 WTB2-181 WTB2-188 WTB2-197 2. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (April 27, 2022) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Waterfront Toronto Board.
Staff recommendation as filed
The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Nominating Panel - Corporations select nine candidates listed on Table 1 in Confidential Attachment 1 for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Waterfront Toronto Board. 2. The Nominating Panel - Corporations direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Waterfront Toronto Board.
