Appointment of Public Members to the Waterfront Toronto Board
The Nominating Panel - Corporations will conduct interviews and recommend three public members for appointment to the Waterfront Toronto Board.
The Corporations Nominating Panel recommends that: 1. City Council appoint the following candidates to the Waterfront Toronto Board, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending June 16, 2025, and until successors are appointed. Wende Cartwright Laurie Payne Jack Winberg 2. City Council direct that Confidential Attachments 1 to 4 to the report (May 10, 2022) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Waterfront Toronto Board.

The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Nominating Panel - Corporations recommend three public members for appointment to the Waterfront Toronto Board, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending June 16, 2025, and until successors are appointed. 2. Selection of Candidates for Interview for the Metro Toronto Convention Centre Board
The Nominating Panel - Corporations will select candidates to be interviewed and nominated at its May 19, 2022 meeting for appointment by City Council to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre Board.
The Corporations Nominating Panel: 1. Selected the following candidates for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre Board: MTC2-39 MTC2-46 MTC2-53 MTC2-55 MTC2-67 MTC2-69 2. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (May 11, 2022) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals who are being considered for appointment to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre Board.

The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Nominating Panel - Corporations select six candidates listed in Table 1 of Confidential Attachment 1 for interview at its May 19, 2022 meeting for appointment to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre Board. 2. The Nominating Panel - Corporations direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachments 1 - 2 remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre Board.

The Corporations Nominating Panel will select candidates to be interviewed for appointment to the Toronto Seniors Housing Corporation Board. The Corporations Nominating Panel will conduct interviews at its next meeting and recommend one candidate as Chair to fill the vacancy on the board.
The Corporations Nominating Panel: 1. Selected the following candidates for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Toronto Seniors Housing Corporation Board of Directors: SHC1-26 SHC1-118 SHC1-168 SHC1-175 SHC1-205 2. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (May 10, 2022) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals who are being considered for appointment to the Toronto Seniors Housing Corporation Board.
