Selection of Candidates for Interview for the Toronto Seniors Housing Corporation Board of Directors
The Corporations Nominating Panel will select candidates to be interviewed for appointment to the Toronto Seniors Housing Corporation Board of Directors. The Corporations Nominating Panel will conduct interviews at its next meeting and recommend five candidates to City Council for appointment.
The Corporations Nominating Panel: 1. Selected the following candidates for interview for appointment to the Toronto Seniors Housing Corporation Board of Directors: Candidate SHC1-247; Candidate SHC1-280; Candidate SHC1-282; Candidate SHC1-283; Candidate SHC1-284; Candidate SHC1-290; Candidate SHC1-292; Candidate SHC1-313; and Candidate SHC1-338. 2. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1a, 1b, and 2 to the report (August 21, 2025) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Seniors Housing Corporation Board of Directors.
Staff recommendation as filed
The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Corporations Nominating Panel select 10 of the candidates listed in Confidential Attachment 1a for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Toronto Seniors Housing Corporation Board of Directors. 2. The Corporations Nominating Panel direct that Confidential Attachments 1a, 1b, and 2 remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Seniors Housing Corporation Board of Directors.
