Selection of Candidates for Interview for the Metro Toronto Convention Centre Board
The Corporations Nominating Panel will select candidates to be interviewed for appointment to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre Board. The Corporations Nominating Panel will conduct interviews at its next meeting and recommend two candidates to City Council for appointment.
The Corporations Nominating Panel: 1. Selected the following candidates for interview for appointment to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre Board: Candidate MTC2-149; Candidate MTC2-195; Candidate MTC2-205; and Candidate MTC2-209; 2. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1a, 1b, and 2 to the report (October 14, 2025) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre Board. 3. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the supplementary report (November 21, 2025) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre Board.

The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Corporations Nominating Panel select six of the candidates listed in Confidential Attachment 1a for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre Board. 2. The Corporations Nominating Panel direct that Confidential Attachments 1a, 1b, and 2 remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre Board.

The Corporations Nominating Panel will select candidates to be interviewed for appointment to the CreateTO Board. The Corporations Nominating Panel will conduct interviews at its next meeting and recommend two candidates, including a Chair, to City Council for appointment.
The Corporations Nominating Panel: 1. Selected the following candidates for interview for appointment to the CreateTO Board: Candidate TRB2-431; Candidate TRB2-488; Candidate TRB2-542; and Candidate TRB2-543; 2. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (October 15, 2025) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the CreateTO Board. 3. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the supplementary report (November 21, 2025) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the CreateTO Board.
