Appointment of Public Members to the Waterfront Toronto Board
The Corporations Nominating Panel will conduct interviews and recommend three candidates to City Council for appointment to the Waterfront Toronto Board of Directors.
The Corporations Nominating Panel recommends that: 1. City Council appoint the following candidates to the Waterfront Toronto Board of Directors, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending on June 20, 2022: Wende Cartwright Michael Galego Jack Winberg 2. City Council direct that Confidential Attachments 1 to 5 to the report (May 15, 2019) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Waterfront Toronto Board of Directors.

The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Corporations Nominating Panel recommend three candidates for appointment to the Waterfront Toronto Board of Directors, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending June 20, 2022. 2. City Council direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachments 1 - 5 remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Waterfront Toronto Board of Directors.
