Toronto Hydro Board - Selection of Candidates for Interviews
The Corporations Nominating Panel must select candidates for interviews to fill a vacancy on the Toronto Hydro Board. Following the interviews, the Corporations Nominating Panel will recommend one candidate for appointment to City Council.
The Corporations Nominating Panel: 1. Selected the following candidates for interview for appointment to the Toronto Hydro Board: THY2-63 THY2-92 THY2-204 THY2-207 THY2-241 2. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1, 2 and 3 to the report (October 1, 2020) remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Hydro Board.
Staff recommendation as filed
The Interim City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Corporations Nominating Panel select five of the candidates listed in Confidential Attachment 1 for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Toronto Hydro Board. 2. The Corporations Nominating Panel direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1-3 remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Hydro Board.
