Selection of Candidates for Interview for Toronto Community Housing Corporation Board of Directors
The Corporations Nominating Panel will select candidates to be interviewed for appointment to the Toronto Community Housing Corporation Board of Directors. The Corporations Nominating Panel will conduct interviews at its next meeting and recommend one candidate to City Council for appointment.
The Corporations Nominating Panel: 1. Selected the following candidates for interview for appointment to the Toronto Community Housing Corporation Board of Directors: Candidate TCH2-359 Candidate TCH2-306 Candidate TCH2-251 Candidate TCH2-387 Candidate TCH2-371 Candidate TCH2-378 Candidate TCH2-278 2. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1a, 1b, and 2 to the report (May 29, 2024) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Community Housing Corporation Board of Directors.

The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Corporations Nominating Panel select four candidates listed in Table 1 of Confidential Attachment 1a to be interviewed at its next meeting for appointment to the Toronto Community Housing Corporation Board of Directors. 2. The Corporations Nominating Panel direct that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Community Housing Corporation Board of Directors.

Appointment of Public Members to the Toronto Hydro Board
The Corporations Nominating Panel will conduct interviews and recommend seven candidates, including a Chair, to City Council for appointment to the Toronto Hydro Board.
The Corporations Nominating Panel recommends that: 1. City Council appoint the following candidates to the Toronto Hydro Board, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending on July 27, 2026, and until successors are appointed: Sheila Block Michael Eubanks James Hinds Joyce McLean Ken Neumann Ersilia Serafini 2. City Council direct that Confidential Attachments 1a, 1b, and 2 to 4 to the report (May 30, 2024) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Hydro Board.

The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Corporations Nominating Panel recommend seven public members to City Council for appointment to the Toronto Hydro Board, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending on July 27, 2026, and until successors are appointed. 2. The Corporations Nominating Panel recommend one public member to be City Council's nominee for Chair of the Toronto Hydro Board. 3. City Council direct that Confidential Attachments 1 to 4 remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Hydro Board.
