  Selection of Candidates for Interview for the Toronto Licensing Tribunal

  The Nominating Panel - Toronto Licensing Tribunal must select candidates to interview for appointment to the Toronto Licensing Tribunal. Following the interviews, the Nominating Panel - Toronto Licensing Tribunal will recommend seven candidates to City Council for appointment to the Toronto Licensing Tribunal.

  The Nominating Panel - Toronto Licensing Tribunal: 1. Selected the following candidates for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Toronto Licensing Tribunal: Candidate TLT2-158 Candidate TLT2-157 Candidate TLT2-148 Candidate TLT2-168 Candidate TLT2-180 Candidate TLT2-177 Candidate TLT2-159 Candidate TLT2-151 Candidate TLT2-143 Candidate TLT2-144 Candidate TLT2-169 Candidate TLT2-167 Candidate TLT2-182 2. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (February 22, 2023) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals who are being considered for appointment to the Toronto Licensing Tribunal.

  Staff recommendation as filed

  The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Nominating Panel - Toronto Licensing Tribunal select 14 candidates listed in Table 1 of Confidential Attachment 1 to interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Toronto Licensing Tribunal. 2. The Nominating Panel - Toronto Licensing Tribunal direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Licensing Tribunal.
