  Selection of Candidates for the Toronto Licensing Tribunal

  The Nominating Panel - Toronto Licensing Tribunal will conduct interviews and recommend one candidate to City Council for appointment to the Toronto Licensing Tribunal.

  The Nominating Panel - Toronto Licensing Tribunal: 1. Selected the following candidates to interview for appointment to the Toronto Licensing Tribunal: Candidate TLT2-36 Candidate TLT2-55 Candidate TLT2-110 Candidate TLT2-114 Candidate TLT2-116 Candidate TLT2-119 Candidate TLT2-120 Candidate TLT2-121 2. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (October 20, 2020) from the Interim City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Licensing Tribunal.

  Staff recommendation as filed

  The Interim City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Nominating Panel - Toronto Licensing Tribunal select six candidates listed in Confidential Attachment 1 to interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Toronto Licensing Tribunal. 2. The Nominating Panel - Toronto Licensing Tribunal direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Licensing Tribunal.
