  Election of the Chair of the Nominating Panel - Toronto Licensing Tribunal under Municipal Code Chapter 27, Council Procedures, Appendix A2, for a term of office until a successor is appointed.

  The Nominating Panel - Toronto Licensing Tribunal: 1. Elected Amy Go as Chair of the Nominating Panel - Toronto Licensing Tribunal for a term of office until a successor is appointed.

  Selection of Candidates for Interview for the Toronto Licensing Tribunal

  The Nominating Panel - Toronto Licensing Tribunal must select candidates to interview for appointment to the Toronto Licensing Tribunal. The Nominating Panel - Toronto Licensing Tribunal will conduct interviews at its next meeting and will recommend two candidates to City Council for appointment to the Toronto Licensing Tribunal.

  The Nominating Panel - Toronto Licensing Tribunal: 1. Selected the following candidates for interview for appointment to the Toronto Licensing Tribunal: Candidate TLT2-216 Candidate TLT2-223 Candidate TLT2-225 Candidate TLT2-238 Candidate TLT2-247 2. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1a, 1b, and 2 to the report (March 26, 2026) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Licensing Tribunal.

  Staff recommendation as filed

  The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Nominating Panel - Toronto Licensing Tribunal select five candidates listed in Confidential Attachment 1a for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Toronto Licensing Tribunal. 2. The Nominating Panel - Toronto Licensing Tribunal direct that Confidential Attachments 1a, 1b, and 2 remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Licensing Tribunal.
