  Appointment of Public Members to the Property Standards Committee

  The Nominating Panel - Property Standards Committee will conduct interviews and recommend seven candidates to City Council for appointment to the Property Standards Committee.

  The Nominating Panel - Property Standards Committee recommends that: 1. City Council appoint the following candidates to the Property Standards Committee for a term of office ending October 12, 2027 and until successors are appointed: Etobicoke York Panel: Marie Abraham Nicole Treksler North York Panel: Nadini Sankar-Peralta Scarborough Panel: Rina Afendi Ryan Hardy Toronto and East York Panel: Stoney Baker Steven Lewis 2. City Council direct that Confidential Attachments 1 to 4 to the report (September 27, 2023) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Property Standards Committee.

  The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Nominating Panel - Property Standards Committee recommend seven public members to the Property Standards Committee to City Council for appointment for a term of office ending October 12, 2027, and until successors are appointed. 2. City Council direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachments 1 to 4 remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Property Standards Committee.
