  Appointment of a Public Member to the Property Standards Committee

  The Nominating Panel - Property Standards Committee will conduct interviews and recommend one candidate to City Council for appointment to the Property Standards Committee.

  The Nominating Panel - Property Standards Committee recommends that: 1. City Council appoint Afsana Gibson-Chowdhury to the North York Panel of the Property Standards Committee for a term of office ending May 5, 2025 and until a successor is appointed. 2. City Council direct that Confidential Attachments 1 to 4 to the report (October 5, 2021) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Property Standards Committee.

  The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Nominating Panel - Property Standards Committee recommend one candidate to City Council for appointment to the North York Panel of the Property Standards Committee for a term of office ending May 5, 2025 and until a successor is appointed. 2. City Council direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachments 1, 2, 3, and 4 remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Property Standards Committee.
