  Selection of Candidates for the Sign Variance Committee

  The Nominating Panel - Sign Variance Committee will conduct interviews and recommend three candidates, including a Chair, to City Council for appointment to the Sign Variance Committee.

  The Nominating Panel - Sign Variance Committee: 1. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1, 2 and 3 to the report (May 17, 2019) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Sign Variance Committee.

  The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Nominating Panel - Sign Variance Committee select eight candidates listed in Confidential Attachment 1 for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Sign Variance Committee. 2. The Nominating Panel - Sign Variance Committee direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachments 1, 2 and 3 remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Sign Variance Committee.
