Selection of Candidates for Interview for the Sign Variance Committee
The Nominating Panel - Sign Variance Committee will select candidates for interview for appointment by City Council to the Sign Variance Committee.
The Nominating Panel - Sign Variance Committee: 1. Selected the following candidates for interview for appointment to the Sign Variance Committee: Candidate SVC2-84 Candidate SVC2-70 Candidate SVC2-61 Candidate SVC2-89 Candidate SVC2-68 Candidate SVC2-90 Candidate SVC2-81 Candidate SVC2-78 Candidate SVC2-96 Candidate SVC2-87 2. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1 to 3 to the report (October 23, 2023) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Sign Variance Committee.

The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Nominating Panel - Sign Variance Committee select 8 candidates listed in Table 1 of Confidential Attachment 1 for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Sign Variance Committee. 2. The Nominating Panel - Sign Variance Committee direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachments 1 to 3 remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Sign Variance Committee.
