  Appointment of Public Members to the Sign Variance Committee

  The Nominating Panel - Sign Variance Committee will conduct interviews and recommend three candidates, including a Chair, to City Council for appointment to the Sign Variance Committee.

  The Nominating Panel - Sign Variance Committee recommends that: 1. City Council appoint the following candidates, including a Chair, to the Sign Variance Committee, for a term of office ending on June 20, 2023, and until successors are appointed: Raj Bharati, as Chair Beate Bowron Brian Huskins 2. City Council direct that Confidential Attachments 1, 2, and 3 to the report (May 31, 2019) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Sign Variance Committee.

  The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Nominating Panel - Sign Variance Committee recommend that City Council appoint three public members, including a Chair, to the Sign Variance Committee for a term of office ending June 20, 2023, and until successors are appointed. 2. City Council direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 - 3 remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Sign Variance Committee.
